shoes versus bare feet

When you walk with shoes, your feet doesn't feel the impact. so when you walk with shoes, and start running for a long while, your body and joints will be damaged. Your brain tells you when your foot is absorbing to much impact. With the the material in your sneakers, your nerves don't tell your body to stop running. without shoes, your body tells you instantly that you need to stop running and causing shock. That is how sometimes your bare foot is better than sneakers.
